Lewis Brice is a father!

The country singer and his wife Denelle Brice have welcomed their first baby together, daughter Rhaelynn Dawn Brice, on Monday, April 29, at 4:11 p.m., a rep for the couple confirms to PEOPLE. Baby Rhaelynn weighed 6 lbs., 12 oz., and measured 19.25 inches long at birth.

"Rhaelynn Dawn Brice — a.k.a. Rhae Rhae, a.k.a my little Rhae of sunshine — is a full family name deriving from my wife Denelle's middle name, her grandmother's middle name, her mother's first name and my last name as well," Lewis tells PEOPLE.

"The first time I got to hold Rhaelynn Dawn I felt like I was holding perfection at it's best!" he continues. "A sweet little baby angel. I've never known I could stare at something so much and never want to stop."

"She's amazing and the feeling I got is almost indescribable because it was such an awesome moment. We are truly blessed."

The musician and his wife also shared a few exclusive photos with PEOPLE from the hospital room, cozying up with their baby daughter. In one sweet snap, the newly minted family of three smiles together as Rhaelynn Dawn rests on her mom's stomach.

"Having the wedding outside was special to us because we both love the outdoors," Lewis told PEOPLE at the time. "We go hiking on trails any chance we get. The venue we chose had all of that, and it's such a beautiful location right on the Hiwassee River. We decided to write our own vows and exchange them during the ceremony. It was extremely special and was a hit!"

The two first met when they crossed paths at Tin Roof in Nashville in 2017, where Denelle was working as a bartender at the time. Lewis said he knew immediately that she was someone special.

"I walked up and asked to buy her a shot, thinking she'd make something fruity like a royal flush or something with cranberry in it," the country singer explained in 2021. "To my surprise, she promptly let me know she was going to shoot Jack Daniel's and, I quote, 'to saddle up.'"

Referencing the title of his single "It's You," for which his wife starred in the music video, Lewis said, "I honestly believe I knew in that moment that she was my 'It's You' in life. She got me good with the whiskey talk, and I haven't turned back since."
